Attending the ceremony were Deputy Standing Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune Tran Thi Anh Tuyet; Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Hung; Party cell secretaries and heads of hamlets: San Bay, Go Cat, Ap Moi and Xom Thap.
During this period, Thanh Binh commune started to build 4 Great Unity houses, each worth 80 million VND, for the following households: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tran in San Bay hamlet; Mr. Nguyen Van Hai in Go Cat hamlet; Mrs. Pham Thi Be Tam in Moi hamlet; and Mr. Tran Quoc Lap in Xom Thap hamlet. These are all households in extremely difficult circumstances, needing support to stabilize their lives.

Leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune performed the groundbreaking ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Anh Tuyet affirmed that supporting the construction of Great Unity houses not only helps people have stable housing but also motivates households to work with peace of mind and strive to escape poverty sustainably. The activity also contributes to strengthening the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and mutual assistance in the community.
Representing the supported households, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai expressed his emotions and sent his thanks to the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune for their attention and creating conditions to help households in difficult circumstances improve their housing and have more confidence in life.
Immediately after the speech, representatives of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and leaders of the hamlets performed the groundbreaking ceremony in a solemn and excited atmosphere, marking the beginning of the process of building new homes./.
