Mr. Le Anh Tho
The spirit of innovation is a highlight in Mr. Tho's career journey. He participated in many improvement initiatives in both areas: administration - human resources and production technology, with the desire to reduce manual operations, increase management efficiency, help workers reduce labor and work more scientifically. Notable among them is the initiative to research labor standards and improve productivity for rough welding - a step that previously required a lot of human resources and was not optimal.
Through direct survey, measuring operating time, working with team leaders, workers and technical department, Mr. Tho and his colleagues improved the structural beam welding machine to reduce manual operations. After that, the group rebuilt the labor standards according to scientific methods, tested in practice and continued to improve.
The results showed that the rough welding stage reduced the labor force by 30% (from 10 to 7 workers) while still ensuring the quality of the weld, increasing production speed and significantly reducing costs. The new standard also helps the human resources department to plan labor more accurately.
Regarding the working environment, Mr. Tho said that the company always creates conditions for employees to develop. The Board of Directors clearly guides, encourages the team to proactively propose initiatives, improve processes, and care about welfare and labor safety.
The grassroots trade union accompanies workers in taking care of their material and spiritual lives, organizes many cultural and sports activities and provides timely support when workers encounter difficulties. “I feel secure and motivated to stay with the company for a long time,” said Mr. Tho.
With professionalism, sense of responsibility and continuous improvement thinking, Mr. Le Anh Tho has been contributing to building a solid human resource team, improving production efficiency and creating a humane working environment in the enterprise.
