Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung appointed Deputy Director of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department

Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung, Head of the Police Department for Investigation of Crimes on Corruption, Economy and Smuggling (PC03) of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, has just been transferred and appointed as Deputy Director of the Police Department for Investigation of Drug-Related Crimes.

On the afternoon of November 20, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (C04) of the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer and appoint Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung, Head of PC03 Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to work as Deputy Director of the Department of Drug Crime Investigation.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long congratulated Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung and affirmed that the transfer and appointment to a new task is a great honor for Senior Colonel Hung personally, as well as for the C04 collective and the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony to receive the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung said that his transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Director of Department C04 is a recognition of his training, dedication, efforts and the requirements of drug prevention tasks in the new situation, demonstrating the trust of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security in him personally.

"I am deeply aware that this is an honor, a great responsibility, and at the same time an opportunity for me to continue to cultivate, train, and devote my heart and mind to serving the country, serving the people and the fight against drug crimes," said Senior Colonel Hung.

In his new position, Lieutenant Colonel Hung said he will try his best, maximize his capacity and experience in crime prevention to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

He also said that he will continuously learn, innovate his thinking and working methods to respond to the work of preventing drug crimes in the new situation. Listening, respecting and promoting collective intelligence...

With the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung to the position of Deputy Director of C04, the unit currently has 1 Director, Major General Ngo Thanh Binh, and 7 Deputy Directors.

The Deputy Directors of C04 include: Major General Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Major General Le Quy Thuong, Colonel Hoang Quoc Viet, Colonel Hoang Tam Hieu, Colonel Nguyen Duc Tuan, Colonel Nguyen Van Cuong and Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung.
