(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 22, at the headquarters of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee received and worked with Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute (China).

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, congratulated the results that Thanh Hoa province has achieved in recent years. Appreciating the potential and strengths of the province, he expressed his belief that in the coming time, Thanh Hoa province, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, will have remarkable developments.

The founder of Pacific Construction Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute, also introduced to the leaders of Thanh Hoa province the process of construction and development of the Group; the areas in which the Group has strengths.

Accordingly, Pacific Construction Group is an enterprise specializing in investing and constructing traffic projects, highways, urban areas, irrigation works, architecture and a number of other fields.

At the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa also expressed his desire to cooperate in investment and set up the Group's northern representative office in Thanh Hoa province.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh welcomed Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and members of the delegation of Pacific Construction Group to visit, work and explore cooperation and investment opportunities in Thanh Hoa province.

Previously, on March 6, 2025, Pacific Construction Group also had a working session to discuss cooperation contents between the Group and Thanh Hoa province. After the working session, the Group conducted a survey of 6 projects calling for investment in the province, including the projects: Bac Song Ma Avenue, Lach Sung Port, Quang Chau Port, Quang Nham - Hai Chau Port, Nghi Son Dry Port and Railway from Tho Xuan Airport to Nghi Son Economic Zone.

The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the Group's goodwill and affirmed that Thanh Hoa province will create the most favorable conditions for the Group's subsidiaries to continue working with departments, the Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board and the province's industrial parks to carry out the next steps in accordance with the State's legal regulations.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh hopes that after today's working session, Pacific Construction Group will soon carry out specific procedures to implement cooperation in the coming time, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa province and the Group in the future.
