On June 9, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung, Head of Inspection Team No. 2 of the Ministry of Education and Training, had a working session with the People's Committee of Tien Giang province and inspected the actual preparation for the 2025 high school graduation exam in the province.
During the working program, the delegation inspected the exam printing area, surveyed some exam locations and listened to a general report on the exam preparation process in Tien Giang.

Dr. Le Quang Tri, Director of the Tien Giang Department of Education and Training, said that this year's high school graduation exam will have 16,926 candidates in the province, arranged at 32 official testing sites located at high schools or middle schools in 11 districts, cities and towns. In addition, the province has prepared 23 backup testing sites with 735 testing rooms.
The province mobilized 2,808 cadres, teachers and staff to participate in the exam. Of these, 2,505 people were in charge of invigilation, 68 people were involved in printing and transporting exam papers and exam papers; 235 were in charge of marking exams and 142 officers were in charge of inspection and examination.
Tien Giang Department of Education and Training is implementing the organization of the exam in accordance with the direction of the Exam Steering Committee with the motto "6 clear": clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results. At the same time, proactively and promptly update the guidance documents of the Ministry of Education and Training, closely coordinate with local authorities in arranging exam locations, ensuring conditions of facilities, traffic, accommodation for exam invigilators, food safety and hygiene, security and order, electricity, water, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung highly appreciated Tien Giang province's proactiveness and seriousness in preparing for the exam. He emphasized that the 2025 high school graduation exam is very important, so it is necessary to prepare carefully from early on, from a distance so that the exam can take place safely, seriously and effectively.
"We must create the best conditions for candidates to confidently enter the exam, no one is left behind," Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung emphasized.
According to Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung, up to now, Tien Giang has established a Provincial Steering Committee for the exam with clearly assigned tasks and powers, and specific work for each person. The province has also organized training courses on regulations and exam organization techniques for relevant staff; developed a coordination plan to ensure security and safety for the exam and handle unusual situations.
However, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung also requested that localities continue to complete plans to support candidates, especially those in remote areas, those with difficult circumstances or disabilities. Specifically, such as supporting transportation, arranging accommodation, providing guidance on where to eat and stay for candidates and their families, as well as being ready to respond to unusual situations related to weather, health, and accidents during the organization of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
