Having followed the 20th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, I and other voters have noticed that each session has seen improvements in its organization and operation. Notably, the preparation of the content and agenda for this session was relatively good, achieving effective and high-quality results. The presiding officer conducted the session flexibly, scientifically , and systematically, especially in guiding and directing the issues and topics for discussion, leading to a high level of consensus.

Simultaneously, the resolutions issued by the People's Council ensured they were consistent with local realities and highly feasible. With the effective application of information technology during the session, reports and presentations were summarized concisely, allowing delegates to focus their time on discussions and questioning specific issues, particularly pressing concerns of voters and the public. This contributed to improving the efficiency and quality of this session.

To meet the demands of the new situation, voters expect the Provincial People's Council to continue innovating its organizational methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of its sessions. All levels and sectors need to prepare concise, clear, focused reports with specific solutions. The role of information and communication should be promoted to fully and promptly reflect the contents of the sessions to a wide audience of voters, creating conditions for the people to monitor and supervise the activities of local government agencies. The discussion, questioning, and answering of questions during the sessions should be carried out effectively. Feedback from the people on the content of the sessions should be taken into account.
