On October 30, according to information from the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, 3 missing victims in the flood were found.

The victims include: Mr. NCH (66 years old, residing in Thanh Thuy commune, Le Thuy district), Mr. NDL (44 years old, residing in Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city) and Mr. PVC (64 years old, residing in Gia Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district).

Previously, on October 28, Mr. PVC used a boat to move his belongings to higher ground to avoid the flood. Suddenly the boat capsized and Mr. C. was swept away by the flood.

Upon receiving the news, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh district coordinated with Gia Ninh commune and local people to actively search. At around 9:00 a.m. this morning, Mr. C's body was found more than 300 meters from the accident site.

In Nam Ly ward (Dong Hoi city), after more than 2 days of searching, at about 7:30 this morning, the family and local forces found the body of the victim NDL about 50m from the edge of the rice field.

At around 8am on October 28, Mr. NDL went fishing in the rice fields between Nam Ly and Duc Ninh Dong wards. Due to heavy rain and strong winds, Mr. L. was swept away by the water and went missing.

In Thanh Thuy commune (Le Thuy district), on the afternoon of October 29, when the flood water began to recede, Mr. NCH waded through the water to visit a relative's house nearby and was swept away by the water and went missing.

Upon receiving the news from the family, the Thanh Thuy commune authorities launched a search. At around 11:30 this morning, Mr. H.'s body was found in Thanh My village 2, Thanh Thuy commune.

Currently, the bodies of the three victims have been handed over to their families by local authorities for funeral arrangements.
