Sad news: Lieutenant General Pham Sinh passed away

The Ministry of National Defense; Military Region 2 Command; Hanoi Capital Command; Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Veterans Association of Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City and the family deeply regret to inform:

Comrade: Lieutenant General Pham Sinh (born in 1926; hometown: Trung Nghia Commune, Y Yen District, Nam Dinh Province - now Y Yen Commune, Ninh Binh Province; residence: No. 56 Trieu Khuc, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City); Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam; former Deputy Political Commander of Military Region 2, retired. He has been awarded by the Party and the State: First Class Independence Medal; First and Third Class Military Exploit Medals; Second Class Victory Medal; Third Class Liberation Medal; First Class Resistance Medal; First, Second and Third Class Glorious Soldier Medal; 80-Year Party Membership Badge.

He passed away at 11:45 p.m. on November 23, 2025 at 108 Central Military Hospital.

Visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 on November 27, 2025 at the National Funeral Home (No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi ).

Memorial service at 11:30 am the same day; burial at Thien Duc cemetery, Phu Ninh commune, Phu Tho province.
