Speaking with Tri Thuc - Znews , Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Dieu, Director of Dong Noi Phu Quoc Tourism Company, said that the inbound market (international visitors to Vietnam) in 2025-2026 on the pearl island "increased like never before", especially during the peak season at the end of the year.
"In December and January, there are almost no rooms left for large groups. Hotels are almost full, businesses have to find all kinds of ways to keep rooms for guests," Ms. Dieu shared.
If in the past, summer mainly belonged to domestic tourists, 2025 will witness the dominance of the Asian market, especially in the long-term vacation segment, completely replacing the old picture.
