At the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies directly under the An Giang Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies with the Party Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Agencies. The Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies consists of 27 subordinate grassroots party organizations. The Party Committee of An Giang Provincial People's Committee was established directly under the An Giang Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial People's Committee with the Party Committee of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee. The Party Committee of An Giang Provincial People's Committee consists of 104 subordinate grassroots party organizations.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided that the number of members of the Party Executive Committee of the Party Agencies of An Giang province for the 2020-2025 term is 33 comrades, initially appointing 18 comrades (15 comrades are vacant). The number of members of the Standing Committee of the Party Executive Committee of the Party Agencies of An Giang province for the 2020-2025 term is 11 comrades, initially appointing 9 comrades.

In his speech, Party Central Committee member and An Giang Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai said that the entire An Giang province has officially put the new apparatus into operation, promptly handling difficulties to operate stably since July 1. The Provincial Party Standing Committee has decided on many important issues, including approving the appointment of officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
