At the conference, delegates focused on evaluating the results of the implementation of the work program in the first 6 months of 2025, and at the same time contributed ideas to supplement and complete the work program for the last 6 months of the year, ensuring it is consistent with the practical situation and political tasks of the locality.
In addition, other key issues were discussed, including: Plan to organize the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels, towards the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong province; the establishment of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers at the provincial level after the merger; as well as the orientation of activities for the youth volunteer team to support the two-level government at the grassroots level.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Truong Minh Quang - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union emphasized the pioneering and creative role of young people in participating in government building and local socio-economic development.
The Provincial Youth Union Secretary requested that all levels of the Youth Union focus on stepping up preparations for the Congress, promoting the spirit of solidarity, proactively grasping the situation of youth and children, innovating working methods, and effectively implementing the key programs and tasks that have been set out.
The first conference of the Provisional Standing Committee is an important first step in the new term of the Youth Union in Lam Dong, demonstrating a high determination in concretizing the directions of the Central Youth Union, promoting the role of youth in the administrative transition period and comprehensive development of the province.
