TPO - On the morning of June 26th, heavy rain fell in many areas of the Mekong Delta, especially as high school graduation exam candidates were leaving their exam rooms to prepare for the afternoon exam. This made travel difficult for candidates, parents, and support staff. Facing the hardships and the risk of getting soaked in the rain and affecting their health in the coming exam days, volunteers participating in the exam support program braved the rain to provide shelter and ensure the safe departure of candidates from the exam centers.
