Chau Doc City People's Court summarizes the work of the jury

On the afternoon of April 9, Chau Doc City People's Court held a conference to review the work of the jury in the first 6 months of 2025 and the tasks of the following months of Chau Doc City People's Court to propose measures to contribute to the successful implementation of emulation movements, court work and jury work in 2025.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Chau Doc City People's Court accepted 771 cases of all kinds, resolved 460 cases, reaching a rate of 59.6% compared to 2024, an increase of 75 cases. Each judge resolved an average of 9 cases/month (compared to the same period in 2024, an increase of 4.9 cases/month), organized 11 trial sessions to gain experience in the spirit of judicial reform and announced 202 effective judgments and decisions on the Supreme Court's Electronic Information Portal, organized 104 cases and matters online, 100% of judges and secretaries interactively answered 25 legal situation questions on virtual assistant software.

In addition, the People's Jury participated in 250 trials, strictly implementing the principle of independent adjudication and only obeying the law, fully participating in the trials according to the trial schedule. Through its activities, through participating in the trial of cases, it contributes to the judges' propaganda and legaleducation , raising awareness of preventing and combating violations of the law, contributing to protecting the socialist legal system and the people's right to mastery.

In the coming time, Chau Doc City People's Court will continue to seriously and effectively implement 16 solutions to improve the quality of trial work, resolve all types of cases according to the requirements of judicial reform; improve the quality of trial resolution of all types of cases; improve the quality and rate of conciliation in resolving civil cases and dialogue in administrative cases; focus on resolving complaints and denunciations and performing well the work of receiving people; promote innovation in judicial administration, creating favorable conditions for people to access the court...
