Seminar to launch the book "Your Intuition and Creative Instinct (Mo2i)"

NDO - On March 22, at ART 30 Gallery, 30 Quang Trung, Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, the French Institute in Hanoi will organize a seminar to launch the Vietnamese version of the book "Intuition and Your Creative Instinct (Mo2i)" by author Joël Guillon, translated by Dr. Nguyen Thuy Phuong, Director of Modus Operandi International Institute.

Each person has a unique and effective automatic mechanism of creativity that we call MO2I (Mode of Specific and Repeated Action). This automatic mechanism creates adaptation, creativity and action to change the living environment.

Recognizing and naming this automatic mechanism will help us to choose our work or services better (especially for freelancers) and for managers, it will help them to allocate tasks better. When an employee can realize his or her own way of doing things, he or she will work ten times faster than others, and do it efficiently and gracefully, and as an added bonus, he or she will do it with enthusiasm and they will feel fulfilled in their work. This Mo2i method, observed, researched and invented by Joël Guillon for many years, has been used for nearly 20 years and is copyrighted by the National Institute of Industrial Property of France.

Joël Guillon was a reformatory teacher for delinquent children for about ten years, when he turned 30, he decided to change jobs: knocking on doors to sell goods to cure his shyness. He then pursued a business career and held positions up to the position of general director of a branch of the French Electricity Corporation.

He later became a business consultant who helped improve sales skills and it was his desire to help freelancers that led him to develop the “Excellence in Action” method. He discovered that each of us has only one way of doing things and this makes us extremely powerful and effective when we execute that way.

Being a researcher who is closely tied to practice with the will to act to change the world , that is, to understand the workings of human beings and to discover the best in each person by focusing on action and leaving aside behavior, attitudes and psychological traits.
