Each person has a unique and effective automatic mechanism of creativity that we call MO2I (Mode of Specific and Repeated Action). This automatic mechanism creates adaptation, creativity and action to change the living environment.
Recognizing and naming this automatic mechanism will help us to choose our work or services better (especially for freelancers) and for managers, it will help them to allocate tasks better. When an employee can realize his or her own way of doing things, he or she will work ten times faster than others, and do it efficiently and gracefully, and as an added bonus, he or she will do it with enthusiasm and they will feel fulfilled in their work. This is a win-win for both employers and employees.

Author Joël Guillon - Mo2i Inventor, Co-founder of MO2I Institute shared: “The purpose of this little book is to be a compass on your journey to discover and absorb your Modus Operandi, helping you develop your talent in action. This is also the starting point for a meaningful journey that takes you to the most beautiful version of yourself!”.
Nowadays, there are many methods to discover and understand oneself. These are ways to recognize people in terms of psychology, spirit, behavior, language, spirituality, intelligence, emotions, personality, physicality, etc.
The field of personal development in general and the coaching industry in particular uses many methods and tools, such as: NLP, Narrative Practice, Meditation, MBTI, Disc, Transactional Analysis, Nonviolent Communication, Logotherapy, Mind Mapping, Enneagram of Personality, Process Communication, GROW, Gestalt, All Quadrants All Levels (AQAL), Cycle of Renewal, Clean Language, Success Factor Modeling, L'Elément Humain...

From the above list, we can see that there is no method or tool that can deeply and thoroughly examine the essence of human action, especially the excellent, positive and unique action in each individual. Therefore, discovering ourselves in the essence of action, the way we act in a specific way, is an effective and fundamental method. That is why Robert B. Dilts, one of the leading experts in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, once commented on this method, saying that it is "revolutionary".
This Mo2i method, observed, researched and invented by Joël Guillon for many years, has been used for nearly 20 years and is copyrighted by the National Institute of Industrial Property of France.
Joël Guillon was a reformatory teacher for delinquent children for about ten years, when he turned 30, he decided to change jobs: knocking on doors to sell goods to cure his shyness. He then pursued a business career and held positions up to the position of general director of a branch of the French Electricity Corporation.
He later became a business consultant who helped improve sales skills and it was his desire to help freelancers that led him to develop the “Excellence in Action” method. He discovered that each of us has only one way of doing things and this makes us extremely powerful and effective when we execute that way.
Being a researcher who is closely tied to practice with the will to act to change the world , that is, to understand the workings of human beings and to discover the best in each person by focusing on action and leaving aside behavior, attitudes and psychological traits.
Joel Guillon has opened a new path to understanding people better, helping everyone, from individuals to groups, work with enthusiasm and financial peace.
