"Copyright is a song that includes the author's rights, the singer's personal rights, and the rights to the lyrics as well as the music. Here, we only complain about the lyrics and are not responsible for the music." In his latest share on the evening of November 1, Hoang Tuan said he had talked to Duong Edward and commented that the singer was polite and courteous. "If Duong Edward's side pays all legal fees, we will withdraw the lawsuit. In case the male singer continues to use the Vietnamese lyrics of the song Mong Uyen Uong Ho Diep on the YouTube channel, you will have to pay copyright of 2 million/year, from the time of posting."

In the previous discussion, Duong Edward's representative said that he had discussed with the company that holds the copyright of the original work in China and received information that no unit exclusively owns the song Mong Uyen Uong Ho Diep in Vietnam.
