At the inspection sessions, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien said that more than 50 years ago, along with our army and people, soldiers of the Chinese People's Liberation Army heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation of Vietnam, contributing to further enhancing the friendship "both as comrades and brothers" between the two countries.

Praising the construction unit, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien requested the unit to continue to strive to complete the task well so that the project can be deployed on schedule, ensuring quality and aesthetics.
He also requested that the competent agencies of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense coordinate with the Chinese Ministry of National Defense to carefully prepare in all aspects and be ready to welcome relatives of Chinese volunteer soldiers to visit, ensuring solemnity and dignity.
Implementing the direction of the Ministry of National Defense on the restoration and embellishment of cemeteries of Chinese soldiers and experts who have contributed to the Vietnamese revolution and are currently buried in Vietnam, Dong Bac Corporation is responsible for the restoration and embellishment of 4 cemeteries, including: cemetery in Minh Son commune, Huu Lung district; cemetery in Chi Lang ward, Lang Son city, Lang Son province; cemetery in group 2, Ba Sao town, Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province and cemetery in Zone 1, Cua Ong ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province. Of which, the Chinese martyrs cemetery in Minh Son commune (Huu Lung district) has an area of over 3,300 m2, currently burying 94 graves of Chinese martyrs who have contributed to the Vietnamese revolution.
