The two sides agreed to promote the effective implementation of the Cooperation Agreement, focusing on increasing the exchange of high-ranking delegations of the two Parties, enhancing the sharing of information on the activities of each Party; actively supporting the promotion of relations between mass organizations of the two Parties, especially the Youth Union, with the aim of allowing the young generations of the two countries to continue and promote the tradition of good relations between the two peoples; paying attention to consolidating the activities of the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association; promoting inter-parliamentary cooperation and cooperation between ministries, branches and localities; and at the same time, strengthening coordination of positions at multilateral political party forums.
