On May 30, 2025, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation and the working delegation worked with Dak Nong Provincial Post Office on the implementation of the new production organization model.

At the meeting, representatives of functional departments and units under the Provincial Post Office reported initial results in clearly separating the two blocks of Business and Operations; implementing a salary calculation mechanism by stage; along with proposals to remove difficulties related to internal coordination mechanisms, work targets, debt management and customer care.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive, flexible and decisive spirit of Dak Nong Provincial Post Office in the process of model transformation, especially the pioneering implementation of salary calculation by stage - a practical solution linking employee benefits with work efficiency. At the same time, he emphasized that, in addition to optimizing operations, the three key factors that need to be focused on in the new model are: strict debt management, good customer care and accurate and transparent reconciliation.

“Innovating the organizational model is not only to streamline the apparatus but more importantly to clarify people - jobs - responsibilities - benefits, thereby improving operational efficiency and income for employees. The Corporation will always accompany and support the units throughout the transformation process” - the Deputy General Director affirmed.

On behalf of the staff, workers and employees of Dak Nong Provincial Post Office, Director Tran Duc Trung thanked the attention and close direction of the Corporation's leaders; at the same time, affirmed that the unit will continue to perfect the organizational model, strongly develop the sales force and focus on revenue-generating services, in order to ensure stable income and improve customer service quality.
