Implementing Directive No. 03/CT-BTC of the Minister of Finance on the work of innovating and rearranging the organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Finance; Notice No. 169/TB-BCĐSXTCBM of the Steering Committee for rearranging the organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Finance on the Conclusion of the Steering Committee for rearranging the organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Taxation issued Official Dispatch No. 5712/TCT-TCCB directing the entire Tax sector on the work of rearranging the organizational apparatus.
