In his opening speech, Mr. Ngo Trinh Ha, Consul General of Vietnam in Osaka, expressed his deep sympathy for the losses and damages that people in many provinces in the Central and Northern regions of Vietnam are suffering due to storm No. 10.
The Consul General called on the Vietnamese community in Kansai to promote the spirit of solidarity and the precious tradition of mutual love of the nation, join hands towards the homeland, contribute to sharing difficulties, and help people soon stabilize their lives after the storm.
Responding to the call of Consul General Ngo Trinh Ha, Ms. Le Thuong, a Japanese expatriate, Principal of Cay Tre Vietnamese Language School, Director of the Center for Vietnamese Studies in Japan and President of the General Association of Vietnamese in the Kansai region, emphasized the spirit of attachment and responsibility of overseas Vietnamese towards the Fatherland.
She shared that, although far from home, Vietnamese people in Kansai always turn their hearts to their motherland, hoping to contribute their small part to share difficulties and help people in storm-hit areas overcome disasters soon.

Many opinions expressed their consensus, demonstrating the deep affection of Vietnamese people living far away from home who always turn to the Fatherland in all circumstances.
