10. Renault Scenic E-Tech

Renault's new mid-size electric SUV is considered suitable for families, with a fairly spacious cabin and many amenities. Inside, there are many convenient storage compartments and the vehicle retains physical buttons for easy operation. Additionally, it features a panoramic sunroof to enhance the feeling of spaciousness.

Currently, the Renault Scenic E-Tech is only available in a Long Range version, offering a driving range of 610 km according to WLTP standards. Real-world testing in Europe has shown the car can travel approximately 480 km on a single charge.

9. MG S5 EV

Chinese car models are highly rated for their interiors, featuring details such as large, easy-to-use switches that feel solid. The layout of the functional control clusters is simple yet intuitive, enhancing the user experience.

The car's drawbacks lie in the less-than-ideal quality of its ADAS system, alongside a range that is only moderately good. The standard version has 168 horsepower and a range of 340 km per charge, while the Long Range version achieves 228 horsepower and 480 km per charge.

8. Polestar 3

Polestar's flagship electric SUV boasts a unique exterior and a luxurious, technologically advanced interior. The spacious and modern cabin features premium recycled materials, a large central screen with integrated Google Maps, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto wireless connectivity.

Notably, the Polestar 3 uses a 107 kWh battery for a maximum range of 628 km per charge and supports fast charging up to 250 kW, powering a powerful 483-510 horsepower electric motor. Thanks to this, despite its large size and unladen weight of 2.5 tons, the Polestar 3 still delivers a more precise and stable driving experience than many competitors in the same segment.

7. Kia EV6

Autocar rated the Kia EV6 as one of the most comprehensive electric SUVs for families. This model combines comfort, power, and impressive performance.

The standard version has a range of 581 km on a full battery charge, supporting 258 kW fast charging. The car has power output ranging from 226 to 577 horsepower in the GT version.

Based on the same platform as the Hyundai Ioniq 5, the EV6 is praised for its more refined and agile driving feel, with precise steering, good feedback, and a smooth suspension.

6. Hyundai Ioniq 5 N

The Ioniq 5 N represents Hyundai's ambition in the high-performance electric vehicle segment. As the performance-oriented version of the Ioniq 5, this model boasts a power output of up to 641 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque.

The car also features a rigid suspension and chassis, a limited-slip rear differential, adaptive dampers, and a 6-speed gearbox simulator with simulated gasoline engine sounds, all aimed at providing an exhilarating driving experience for the user.

However, because this car is geared towards performance, its ability to meet daily needs is not high. In addition, the cabin is considered unremarkable compared to other models in the same price range.

5. Skoda Elroq

The Elroq is essentially a more compact version of the Enyaq, but it retains the practicality, quality, and comfort that are characteristic of Skoda.

According to Autocar, this compact SUV is quite easy to drive, offering smooth responsiveness and good sound insulation. The cabin has many convenient storage compartments, and the trunk is spacious with an integrated divider to create tiered storage.

The standard Elroq 50 version has 168 horsepower and a range of 370-375 km per charge. This is considered an economical and suitable choice for the average user when switching from a gasoline car to an electric vehicle.

4. Kia EV9

In terms of spaciousness and comfort, the Kia EV9 is one of the best electric SUVs currently available. It offers comfortable seating for all seven passengers, flexible and easy-to-use folding seats, and a front cargo area for increased storage capacity.

The dual-motor version offers powerful performance, while the single-motor version is still sufficient for everyday needs, with a longer range (around 500 km per charge) and an accessible price.

Overall, the EV9 strikes a harmonious balance between eye-catching design, premium interior, and performance, making it one of the best electric SUVs currently available.

3. Tesla Model Y

The Model Y remains the world's best-selling electric SUV, thanks to its performance and ample storage space, including both the trunk and underfloor storage. It also boasts a decent range of 480 km per charge with the AWD version.

Tesla's minimalist interior might not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the suspension is considered slightly stiff, while the steering is more responsive than usual, requiring some getting used to.

2. Skoda Enyaq

According to Autocar, the Enyaq may not be the best electric SUV in every category, but it is the most well-rounded model. It is praised for its sturdy chassis and good build quality.

The Skoda Enyaq was displayed at the VMS 2024 exhibition.

Positioned above the Elroq, the Enyaq naturally boasts a more spacious cabin than its smaller sibling. The cockpit is refined and easy to operate with numerous physical buttons, soft-touch materials, and a regenerative braking system controlled by paddle shifters behind the steering wheel.

The Enyaq 85 Edition is the optimal choice, offering a range of up to 560 km on a single charge, along with a generous array of convenient features.

1. BMW iX

Leading this list is the BMW iX – a luxury electric SUV with powerful performance. The iX 45 version is equipped with a dual-motor system producing 402 horsepower.

The included battery pack has a capacity of 94.8 kWh, providing a range of up to 601 km per charge according to WLTP standards. The vehicle uses a four-wheel drive system and has an optional advanced air suspension.

The iX's interior feels like a larger BMW i3, with a soft design and unique, eye-catching materials. The main consideration is the relatively high price, starting at £75,405 (approximately 2.68 billion VND).
