The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the 2025 high school graduation exam score distribution of more than one million candidates.
In English, out of 34 provinces and cities, Hanoi rose from 4th place in 2025 to the top.
Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City lost its top position in English exam scores that it had held for eight consecutive years before that after merging with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau .
Other top 10 include: Quang Ninh, Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa.

In 2025, the whole country will have a total of more than 1.16 million candidates taking the high school graduation exam, of which nearly 25,000 candidates will take the 2006 general education program and the remaining 1.13 million candidates will take the current program.
From 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (July 16), the 2025 high school graduation exam results will be officially announced.
