In episode 7 of Vietnam 's Next Top Model 2025 , the top 8 faced the challenge of taking photos on a high plum blossom pole with a heavy lion head as a prop.

Vietnam's Next Top Model exposes models' weaknesses

This challenge is inspired by the Mid-Autumn Festival and the art of lion and dragon dance - which is included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.

Each model has 10 minutes to do the challenge. Tra My - the winner of the previous episode, has the right to cut 5 minutes off Mi Lan's competition time.

Models Ai Bang and Bao Ngoc were expected in this challenge, but both disappointed the judges. Ai Bang repeated the same pose over and over, lacking creativity, and was warned many times.

Bao Ngoc is stubborn in trying to maintain her point of view of only posing still. She lacks a breakthrough and cannot fully develop her potential.

Tuyet Mai also fell into a situation where she couldn't pose well, causing photographer Milor Tran to lose patience and say, "With such an outfit, that's all you can show off, Mai?"

Bao Ngoc received many expectations but disappointed many people.

Milan was limited in time so the results were not really outstanding.

Meanwhile, model Tra My is energetic, constantly changing poses, creating many impressive frames. Mai Hoa also has a determined spirit.

Some other models, although having difficulty at first and even posing awkwardly, were reminded and adjusted and had beautiful moments.

Mi Lan only had 5 minutes left to complete the challenge, so the results were not really outstanding. Notably, Giang Phung had creative and brave movements even though he suddenly fell onto the mattress while taking pictures.

Tuyet Mai owns an easy-to-pose outfit but still hasn't taken full advantage of it.

Suddenly Ai Bang withdrew from the program

Ai Bang and Mi Lan were in danger. Mi Lan was determined to stop. But suddenly Ai Bang withdrew from the competition to focus on her studies.

Despite being advised, Ai Bang was still determined: "Going far with Vietnam's Next Top Model is not my dream."

Judge Do Manh Cuong was upset: “I feel like we are a joke here. You competed so that the judges could choose, and now you say this is not your choice anymore.”

Ai Bang's decision made the judges disappointed and regretful because she was considered a potential face that could go far.

The final night of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2025 is expected to take place on October 12, at Nguyen Du Stadium (HCMC).
