Ho Chi Minh City bans vehicles on Nguyen Hue walking street on weekend nights

According to the latest announcement from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, the event will be held on Nguyen Hue Street (District 1) on Saturday evening (May 20) and Sunday (May 21).

Therefore, the City Department of Transport prohibits all types of vehicles from entering Nguyen Hue Street (from Le Loi Street to Ton Duc Thang Street - District 1) from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday (May 20) and the same time frame on Sunday (May 21).

- The specific replacement roadmap is as follows:

+ Reference route 1: Nguyen Hue street → Le Loi street → Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street → Ham Nghi street → Ton Duc Thang street.

+ Reference route 2: Ton Duc Thang street → Ham Nghi street → Pasteur street → Le Loi street → Nguyen Hue street.

The Department of Transport reminds drivers to comply with the traffic controller's orders and the road signal system. For vehicles of organizations and individuals in the affected area who need to travel during the ban, please contact the Department of Culture and Sports directly at 164 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, phone number (028) 3822 4053 for support and facilitation of traffic through the event area.
