The Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center said that in order to ensure the testing process is smooth, effective and uninterrupted, the unit is coordinating with the Government Office and related units to complete the connection and integration of 100% of online public services to the National Public Service Portal. Along with that, the list of administrative procedures, technical infrastructure, user accounts, digital signatures and hotlines to support people are fully updated.

In addition, the unit also upgraded document management information systems; email systems, online meetings; e-government system deployment platform - LGSP; digital reports and data centers;... All serve smooth operations at the provincial and communal levels.
During the trial period, online public services will be performed on the National Public Service Portal at: https://dichvucong.gov.vn

The implementation of the National Public Service Portal as a centralized “one-stop shop” is an important step in the national digital transformation process, helping to streamline procedures, improve service quality for people and businesses, and aim to build a modern, transparent, people-centered administration.
This is considered an important step to ensure connectivity, synchronization, efficiency, and no interruption in the process of arranging administrative units and implementing the two-level local government organization model.
