At the new ward, commune and special zone connection points, there are expected leaders of the new administrative units.
Today's trial operation contents include: Online video conferencing system; Document management system; 1022 Information Portal System; Administrative procedure file processing system.
After 2 hours of trial operation, the wards, communes and special zones successfully tested the scenarios, and the completion rate of the procedure files was over 96%. The specific results are as follows:
- Online video conferencing system: transmission infrastructure ensures connection to 168 wards, communes, and special zones. Image and sound quality is guaranteed. Staff skills in using basic system features are guaranteed, additional training and guidance will be provided in the coming time.
- Document Management System: Incoming and outgoing document streams ensure system operating speed and performance.
- Portal 1022 system: ensures operational capacity, ensures processing flow, feedback and recommendations are transferred to the correct accounts of receiving and processing officers.
- Testing the reception and handling of administrative procedures: Through testing at the commune-level public administration center, operating the information checking, receiving records of procedures for extracting copies of birth certificates, and certifying copies from original documents. The staff handling the records work in the correct order and procedures.
In addition, the Digital Transformation Center has also coordinated with the Department of Justice of 3 provinces and cities to conduct a pilot. As a result, Ho Chi Minh City is one of the first 8 provinces and cities to successfully connect with the shared civil status system of the Ministry of Justice .
In addition, the Digital Transformation Center coordinated with the Branch of the Land Registration Office - Department of Agriculture and Environment to configure the connection and train the use of the administrative procedure system to handle registration dossiers and issue certificates for the first time at the commune level on the basis of the centralized cadastral database VBDLIS.
In the coming time, Ho Chi Minh City's shared digital platforms will continue to operate and develop on the principle of "One unified system - One single data - One seamless service" in line with the 2-level local government model serving people, businesses and management.
