Giving gifts to poor students in Ha Giang province.

On May 15th, the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society organized a visit and presented gifts to poor students and students from disadvantaged backgrounds in Ha Giang province.

Representatives from the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society presented gifts to disadvantaged students at Giang Chu Phin Primary School.

The delegation donated 30 million VND to impoverished students in Ha Giang province; and presented many meaningful gifts to disadvantaged students at Giang Chu Phin Primary School, Giang Chu Phin commune, Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province, including: clothes, sports shoes, blankets, mats, instant noodles, fresh milk, candies, and many other essential items and food, with a total value of over 150 million VND. All funding was raised by the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society through donations from benefactors and from the humanitarian fund of the Provincial Red Cross Society.

Students from disadvantaged backgrounds at Giang Chu Phin Primary School received essential supplies thanks to the fundraising and support of the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society.

This activity is in response to the 2023 Humanitarian Month and the "Nutrition for Poor and Disabled Children" program launched by the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee . It aims to encourage and motivate poor students from disadvantaged backgrounds in schools in mountainous, remote, and rural areas to strive for success in their studies and lives.
