Accordingly, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court has decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Ha Viet Toan, Intermediate Judge, Deputy Chief Justice of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, to hold the position of Chief Justice of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court, for a term of 5 years from June 20, 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Viet Toan - the new Chief Justice of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court said that he will use all his enthusiasm and intelligence to promote his sense of responsibility, be exemplary in his work, and constantly study to improve his qualifications in all aspects to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

At the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Police, and departments of Kon Tum province presented flowers and congratulated the new Chief Justice of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court, Ha Viet Toan.

Previously, on June 18, the Supreme People's Court issued a decision to dismiss and suspend Ms. Do Thi Kim Thu, Chief Justice of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Court, pending early retirement. Ms. Do Thi Kim Thu is responsible for handing over her work to the Chief Justice of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Court from June 20.
