Awarding the decision to appoint Deputy Director of the Center for Communication on Natural Resources and Environment

Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Le Cong Thanh presented the Decision appointing Mr. Doan Truong Giang to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Attending the ceremony were Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) Nguyen Kim Tuyen; leaders and experts of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Kim Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, announced Decision 2468/QD-BTNMT dated August 28, 2023 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the reception and appointment of management officials. According to the Decision, Mr. Doan Truong Giang, Deputy Director of the Southern Center for Marine Resources and Environment Planning and Investigation, Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Le Cong Thanh congratulated Comrade Doan Truong Giang on his new position and congratulated the Center for Communication of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for having enough leadership positions. Deputy Minister Le Cong Thanh assessed that Comrade Doan Truong Giang has experienced many positions, has work experience and has appropriate expertise for his new position.

In the coming time, after fully consolidating the Board of Directors, the Center needs to focus on promoting its functions and tasks, innovation, mainly on digital transformation and green transformation. This is the guideline for the actions of the units under the Ministry, especially the media units. The comrades in the Center need to be unanimous and agree to change the communication method on environmental resources and build directions to meet the specific needs of the ministries, branches and localities. In addition, the Center also needs to build more social activities, have more professional and innovative communication contracts.

The Deputy Minister hopes that in his new position, the new Deputy Director of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Doan Truong Giang, will continue to promote his intelligence, courage, capacity and strengths to contribute to the development of the Center in particular and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in general.

Comrade Doan Truong Giang shared that this is a great honor as well as a high responsibility and in his new position, he promises to continue to strive, improve his capacity and management level, try to promote professional expertise to gradually unite with the Center's leadership team and staff, build a strong and developed Center, thereby gradually contributing to the work of the industry, as well as communication work related to the field of natural resources and environment.

At the same time, comrade Doan Truong Giang hopes to continue receiving the attention and direction of the Ministry's leaders and the support of colleagues to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
