Granting retirement and termination decisions to cadres and civil servants according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP

On the morning of September 4, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) organized the awarding of retirement and termination decisions according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP to officers and civil servants of the Department of Science and Technology.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrade Bui Thanh Toan - Member of the Provincial Standing Committee - Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, comrades in the Department's Board of Directors, leaders of departments and affiliated units, and civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Science and Technology.

At the announcement ceremony, the Decisions on retirement and termination of employment from September 1, 2025 were approved and awarded to 09 officers and civil servants of the Department Office, Planning - Finance Department, Science Management Department, Quality Measurement Standards Management Department and Digital Transformation Department.

Granting retirement and termination decisions to officials and civil servants

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Bui Thanh Toan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology acknowledged and thanked the efforts and contributions of the retired and resigned officials and civil servants this time to the cause of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, and wished them and their families good health, success and joy in life.

Comrade Luong Cong Duc - Former Chief of Office of Department of Science and Technology spoke at the announcement ceremony

On behalf of the officials and civil servants who retired early or resigned, comrade Luong Cong Duc - Former Chief of Office of the Department of Science and Technology respectfully thanked the Party Committee, leaders of the Department of Science and Technology and colleagues for their attention, help and support in completing the assigned tasks. He also affirmed that he will continue to pay attention, follow and accompany the Department in the coming time.
