- On the evening of October 8, the Youth Union and Women's Union of the Provincial Police organized a donation of necessities and drinking water to people in flooded areas of the communes of That Khe, Trang Dinh, Yen Binh, Lang Son province.
At the communes, representatives of the Provincial Police Youth Union and Women's Union presented necessities and drinking water including: 100 cartons of instant noodles, 100 cartons of drinking water, 10 cartons of cakes, 20 cartons of milk, with a total support value of over 40 million VND. The funds were contributed by union members, youth, and women's union members of the Provincial Police.
Representatives of the two units handed over the quantity of necessities to the commune police force for timely distribution to disadvantaged families in the area. This coordination aims to ensure that the supply work is deployed quickly, effectively, and to the right target, demonstrating the spirit of volunteerism of the youth and the kindness of the women of the Provincial Police.

This is a typical activity affirming the consensus, unity and community responsibility of the entire force. This activity is not only a material support but also a spiritual encouragement for households affected by storms and floods.

Through the activity, the solidarity between the army and the people has been further strengthened, consolidating the people's trust in the People's Public Security force "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people."
