Speaking at the program, Consul General Trinh Thi Mai Phuong emphasized the special role of the Vietnamese language in preserving national identity for children born and raised abroad. According to the Consul General, the children's love for learning Vietnamese, their confidence in using it, and their active participation in cultural activities are encouraging signs, reflecting the effective collaboration of families, schools, and organizations. The Consulate General will continue to support community initiatives aimed at building a generation of young people who are both well-integrated into society and preserve their Vietnamese cultural roots.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Secretary General of the Global Network for Teaching Vietnamese Language and Culture, believes that teaching and learning Vietnamese abroad is an educational task and a responsibility to preserve the national cultural identity. The community model in Kyushu – where representative offices, associations, teachers, parents, and children all participate – is forming a sustainable ecosystem for the Vietnamese language. According to him, "each family is a classroom, each teacher is a keeper of the flame," and the children's love for the Vietnamese language is the decisive factor in maintaining Vietnamese identity far from their homeland.

From the perspective of the local community, Mr. Hoang Xuan Dung, President of the Association of Vietnamese People in Fukuoka (AVF), affirmed that maintaining the Vietnamese language for the younger generation has always been one of the Association's key tasks. AVF has been working closely with associations, teachers, and parents to maintain Vietnamese language classes, organize cultural activities, and create an environment where children can regularly use the Vietnamese language. He expressed his hope that the children will not only be able to speak Vietnamese but also understand their national history and culture, and be proud of their heritage.
During the program, the organizers honored groups, families, and children who have made significant contributions to preserving and promoting the values of the Vietnamese language and culture over the past time. The program concluded with celebratory activities to mark International Children's Day.
