Do not bend down to pick up heavy objects.

Many elderly people like to bend down to lift heavy objects, and then exercise their arm muscles in this way. However, they do not know that this is very dangerous because the elderly bend down to lift heavy objects, which will create a very large burden. Moreover, when lifting heavy objects , the pressure in the abdomen increases sharply, which can easily lead to a sudden increase in blood pressure and can also be dangerous.

Do not play heavy sports

People over 60 years old are not suitable for sports that can affect the body such as football and basketball.

Even if you love this sport when you are young, you should limit playing it when you are over 60 years old because these sports often require high speed running and often sudden acceleration and deceleration. Danger can easily come at this time.
