According to director Thai Trinh, that's the biggest message he wants to convey through the television series "Beyond Family Love ." No matter how hard you try to steal or change something, its true value and essence will always be present and undeniable.

Beyond mere family ties , a stormy night begins when Mrs. Hang (Than Thuy Ha) gives birth to a baby girl named Ngoc Tram. That same day, her husband brings home another baby girl, claiming he found her on the roadside and asked her to raise her. However, the baby is actually his child with his mistress, who unfortunately died from postpartum hemorrhage – this baby girl is named Ngoc Truc.

A few years later, Mrs. Hang's husband also died suddenly in a traffic accident. Before he died, he confessed the truth about his affair with Mrs. Hang, asking her to raise Ngoc Truc as her own daughter and promising not to reveal the child's true identity.

Beyond Family Love is a story with a profound message about the value of family.

Ngoc Truc and Ngoc Tram grew up to be two beautiful girls, and outsiders only knew they were twins through Mrs. Hang's words. However, the two sisters had completely opposite personalities: the older sister, Ngoc Truc, was gentle, empathetic, and understanding, while the younger sister, Ngoc Tram, was somewhat selfish, calculating, and lazy. One day, Ngoc Tram accidentally overheard a conversation between her mother and Ms. Loan – her father's sister – and mistakenly thought she was an illegitimate child.

The two girls face many challenges as they enter adolescence and fall in love. In particular, Ngoc Tram plots to switch roles with her older sister, Ngoc Truc, in order to steal her husband, Hoang Phuong, the heir to a wealthy corporation.

For his first foray into the family drama genre, director Thai Trinh stated: "I chose the story of 'identity swapping' simply to convey a message to viewers – no matter who you are, no matter what you're like, live true to yourself."

He said that, through the film's message, he also wanted to emphasize the value of family and kinship. Only family is the one place that will never abandon you.

Actress Thien Nga went through many hardships during the filming of the movie.

According to director Thai Trinh, when preparing to cast actors for this film, he determined that he needed to find new faces—young, beautiful, and visually appealing—who were suitable for the characters in order to bring a fresh perspective and create new faces for the television industry.

Therefore, he spent a considerable amount of time searching for the right actors for each role. Fortunately, he met young people who were suitable for the roles and passionate about the characters.

Hainan is venturing into the field of television dramas for the first time.

The roles of Ngoc Tram and Ngoc Truc are played simultaneously by actress Thien Nga. She said that she received a lot of encouragement and trust from the director. "To be able to recreate the same face but clearly represent two different people is a challenge."

"However, as an actress, Nga isn't afraid of challenges. She wants to showcase her versatility in each character rather than focusing solely on individual roles," Thien Nga shared.

The role of Hoang Phuong is played by young actor Hai Nam, marking his debut leading role. Director Thai Trinh's requirement was that Hai Nam must embody the character's demeanor—a CEO with an upright character, deep affection for his family, and unwavering loyalty to his childhood sweetheart. He shared that he found a connection with the character through their emotional lives.
