During the one-day event, representatives of the Department of Land, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment disseminated some main contents and highlights of the 2024 Land Law; disseminated Decree No. 101/2024/ND-CP, dated July 29, 2024 of the Government regulating basic land survey, registration, granting of land use right certificates, ownership of assets attached to land and land information system; Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP, dated July 30, 2024 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law; Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP, dated June 27, 2024 of the Government regulating land prices; Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP, dated July 15, 2024 of the Government regulating compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land, etc.
