Deploying new electricity bill form from June 1

This adjustment is made in accordance with Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP dated March 20, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government regulating invoices and documents.

Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) said it has designed a new invoice form, adding some information as prescribed on electricity bills to apply from June 1, 2025.

Specifically includes: Identification number; code of the unit related to the budget; passport number.

In case the customer has provided the above information to the unit Electricity (when signing a contract or changing contract information, updating additional information), the electricity bill will display information according to regulations.

EVN informs customers to know and check. In case of need to update or adjust information on the bill, customers should contact the customer care center of the power corporation for resolution and support.
