After the merger, the Provincial Farmers' Association proceeded to perfect the organizational structure; build the Operating Regulations of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee; assign tasks to the Executive Committee members, Standing Committee members, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; build regulations on the functions and tasks of the Farmers' Working Committee...

In the coming time, farmers' associations at all levels will continue to strengthen the association organization at the grassroots level. Farmers' associations at all levels will promote propaganda for party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at provincial and communal levels for the 2025-2030 term; Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Congresses of Farmers' Associations at provincial and communal levels for the 2025-2030 term; propagate and mobilize farmers to apply digital transformation in production development, find markets for product consumption; actively respond to the movement of donating land for road construction, contributing to the construction of advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas... At the same time, build collective economic models, professional associations associated with digital transformation; coordinate to organize vocational training classes for rural workers; support product consumption through e-commerce platforms, build product display points, stores to consume products produced and managed by farmers.

At the conference, delegates were informed and deployed the preparation and organization of the Provincial and Commune Farmers' Union Congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation program to implement technology transfer and organize fertilizer supply for members and farmers of Hung Yen province.
