Comrade Phan Thang An announced the Politburo's Decision to transfer and appoint comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the 18th Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lang Son Province, 15th term, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term from October 15, 2025 and appoint him to join the Party Committee of Military Region 2.
