The People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones organize the implementation of the "Month of general cleaning, disinfection and environmental decontamination, phase 2 of 2025, from August 12, 2025 to September 12, 2025". Organize teams to carry out general cleaning and spray disinfectants for household livestock areas, grazing grounds, markets selling live animals and animal products in fresh form, places where live animals and animal products are collected for trading and business, areas for burying and treating diseased animals and animal products carrying pathogens, areas for collecting and treating animal waste.

Provide guidance to concentrated livestock facilities, concentrated animal slaughterhouses, poultry and waterfowl hatcheries. Proactively arrange funds to organize cleaning, disinfection and sterilization at the facility and surrounding areas under the supervision of local authorities and specialized livestock and veterinary agencies.

For localities with borders with Laos and Cambodia, direct the organization to apply sanitation and disinfection measures in trails and border openings in the management area. Propagate livestock farmers to proactively clean barns, use lime powder... to disinfect barns and livestock areas.

In addition, communes, wards, and special zones will allocate funds to purchase additional disinfectants in addition to the amount the province has supported to ensure the implementation of the second phase of the 2025 Livestock Environment Sanitation and Disinfection Month under the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .
