Deploying legal documents in the field of public asset management and use

BPO - In order to promptly and effectively deploy the content of decentralization, delegation of authority, and determination of authority in the field of management and use of public assets when implementing the 2-level local government model, on the morning of June 18, the Ministry of Finance organized a national online conference to deploy legal documents in the field of management and use of public assets.

At the conference, the Ministry of Finance disseminated the content and spirit of the newly issued documents. In particular, focusing on regulations on the delimitation of authority of local authorities at two levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Finance; decentralization of state management authority in the field of management and use of public assets; standards and norms for the use of machinery and equipment; management and use of public vehicles and offices, etc.

Given the importance of the documents, the leaders of the Ministry of Finance requested localities to synchronously and seriously implement the new regulations in the context that the whole country is implementing the 2-level local government model and strengthening financial discipline. Localities need to proactively review and update documents and provide guidance to the team working on public asset management to ensure proper implementation of legal regulations.
