This is the first time the humanistic art image Baby Sumo Ko is introduced in the homeland of its author - artist Koichi, a Singaporean of Vietnamese origin. The exhibition, organized by TỌA Exhibition, opens a journey combining the Art Toys trend, modern projection technology and positive social messages about confidence, compassion and the value of diversity.
Baby Sumo Kō's creative inspiration comes from the message "Knock Out Body Shaming" - defeating body stereotypes with joy and freedom to be yourself. The phrase "Knock Out" is also the abbreviation of "KŌ" - meaning "overcoming with spiritual strength", the strength that comes from a smile, confidence and joy of life.
At this exhibition, artist Koichi introduces 33 handmade Baby Sumo Kō model works, divided into three collections:
The Arts of Joy: When Baby Sumo Kō “enters” the world of painting, it is recreated through inspiration from famous artists Van Gogh, Vermeer, Dali, Hokusai. Images like Van Kōh, Kōna Lisa are not only imitations, but also show the journey of finding joy in each style and emotion.
The Stars of Joy: Ten versions of Baby Sumo Kō inspired by global icons such as Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Cristiano Ronaldo… Each work celebrates individual identity, free spirit and the courage to overcome judgmental eyes.
The Colors of Joy: A story of ethnic diversity through 12 versions of Baby Sumo Kō representing many cultures: from Bollywood Kō, Geisha Kō to Dragon Kō - the image representing Vietnamese people and Snowflake Kō - a humane symbol for the albino community.

The highlight of the exhibition is the 720-degree projection dome space, combining 360-degree surround sound and modern mapping technology. The audience can interact directly through virtual reality (VR), interactive paintings and motion tracking - creating a vivid art experience where emotions and technology blend.
The exhibition “Worlds of Joy - Baby Sumo Kō” is friendly to all ages. Here, everyone can find a simple yet profound lesson: “No one needs to be perfect to be loved.”
