Newton School applies information technology and modern teaching methods to train generations of outstanding students.
According to Ms. Le Thi Bich Dung, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Newton School System, the school's educational philosophy is encapsulated in its slogan: "Every student is a future leader." To realize this philosophy, the school implements an engaging experiential learning method. In traditional education, students acquire knowledge through reading, copying, listening, and presentations. With experiential learning, students acquire knowledge through hands-on activities, projects, STEM, participation in competitions, field trips, and summer camps both domestically and internationally.

Through experiential activities, students will gain a solid foundation of knowledge, increase their interest and initiative, and foster their creative potential. Students have the opportunity to access knowledge through multiple senses such as sight, hearing, touch, and smell. This contributes to improved memory and enhances essential skills such as information synthesis, analysis, communication, creativity, and problem-solving.
According to Ms. Dung, at Newton, parents can easily see how much their children change after joining this educational environment. These are students who are knowledgeable but also witty and confident; students with strong opinions and sharp arguments in debate competitions; and students full of energy and determination in academic subjects and sports competitions, according to the school's leadership representative.
The Newton School System focuses on developing three subjects—Mathematics, Information Technology, and English—throughout the 12 years of schooling. Teachers use advanced teaching methods in these subjects, incorporating technological advancements and innovations, making learning engaging and easy for students.
Not only do teachers skillfully apply information technology to teaching, but Newton also allows all students to use tablets in class, along with digital experts like ChatGPT, Google, Bing, etc. This contributes to providing students with more expanded information, making them proactive in their learning, and stimulating their ability to explore and develop critical thinking.

Tablet-based grading also helps free teachers from manual grading, resulting in more accurate and diverse feedback with a wider range of questions. Parents also receive their children's results faster, allowing them to closely monitor their daily learning.
According to Ms. Le Thi Bich Dung, the school aims to enhance students' information technology skills to provide a foundation for all the fields and careers they choose later. "By the time they finish 12th grade, students' proficiency will be equivalent to that of a second-year university student majoring in information technology, even if they don't pursue this specialization," she expects.
In the future, Newton continues to strive for optimal methods to train generations of "global students"—excellent in information technology, foreign languages, and leadership skills. The school is also moving towards smart school governance, creating a system that connects all parents, students, teachers, and the school administration.
