More than ever, we understand that this is an opportunity for each youth union member to pledge their youth, enthusiasm, and intelligence to build a strong union organization; to be enthusiastic in training, practicing, strictly complying with the laws of the State, military discipline, and unit regulations; to actively participate in unit activities, organize team command exercises, consolidate the environmental landscape, repaint houses and offices, renovate and take care of flower gardens, ornamental plants, decorate billboards, slogans, etc. to widely spread examples of good people and good deeds to encourage youth union members to practice, contribute, and mature, truly being flowers in the victorious flower garden to beautify the 60-year tradition of building, fighting, and growing up of the Regiment''.

To better serve the 60th Anniversary of the Traditional Day, the Regiment has proactively invested in renovating the training ground system, training grounds, stele systems, boards, models, technical innovation initiatives, and construction items; consolidating the green, clean, and beautiful landscape environment to serve the training work, combat readiness, and improve the material and spiritual life of the troops. In addition, the Regiment has promoted the implementation of activities to create healthy and useful playgrounds for officers and soldiers in the unit.

Talking to us, Captain Nguyen Van Tu, Political Commissar of Battalion 5 said: “Thoroughly grasping the theme and content of the emulation movement, cadres and youth union members in the whole Regiment in general, and Battalion 5 in particular, have concretized it through practical daily actions, proactively and pioneeringly performing training and combat readiness tasks, through models such as: “One good, two no, three proactive”, “Youth Union well trained, good working and highly combat ready”, “Youth Union has no cadres or youth union members violating discipline”… creating motivation for cadres and youth union members to actively study, practice and improve their technical and tactical skills, master weapons and equipment, practice combat plans proficiently, and complete assigned tasks.

In addition, the youth of Battalion 5 also organized and participated in many exciting activities such as: Football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis competitions, folk games, weekend law days, cultural exchanges, youth forums combined with teammates' birthdays, organizing competitions to learn about and talk about the 60th anniversary of the Regiment's Traditional Day, the 70th anniversary of the Division's Traditional Day...".

“In 2025, towards the 60th anniversary of the Traditional Day, the Regiment has launched and promoted emulation movements associated with building a comprehensively strong unit that is “exemplary and typical”; concretizing the contents, improving emulation targets, and at the same time being close to the practical situation of agencies and units in the entire Regiment. In addition to regular emulation contents, the Regiment has launched a peak emulation campaign “Promoting the 60-year tradition of the heroic Grassland Group” from (March 8, 2025 to May 7, 2025), thereby contributing to encouraging awareness and action, initiative and creativity of officers and soldiers in performing assigned tasks; at the same time, each meaningful project, each meaningful task of officers and soldiers during these days will be flowers in the victory flower garden, adding to the glorious tradition of the Regiment”, said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Dung, Political Commissar of Regiment 335.
