Gia Lam Regional Political Center opens first political theory training class

HNP - On the morning of August 26, the Gia Lam Regional Political Center, including the communes of Gia Lam, Phu Dong, Thuan An, and Bat Trang, held the opening ceremony of a political theory training course for new Party members of the second term in 2025. This is the first training course since the two-level local government came into operation on July 1, 2025.

Attending the opening ceremony of the training course were comrades: Phung Thi Hoai Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lam Commune Party Committee; Dao Xuan Truong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thuan An Commune Party Committee; Hoang Anh Tu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bat Trang Commune Party Committee; Nguyen Tay Du, Director of the Gia Lam Regional Political Center.

It is expected that on the afternoon of September 11, 2025, there will be a summary and award of Certificates to the students.

During the 8-day course, 62 students from 4 communes: Gia Lam, Thuan An, Phu Dong, Bat Trang will be taught the following topics: Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought - the ideological foundation and guideline for the actions of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution; National independence associated with socialism, and the path to socialism in Vietnam; Promoting the strength of great national unity, socialist democracy, building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state; Principles of organization and operation of the Party and Party building work at the grassroots level; The Party's socio -economic development guidelines; Education and training development; science and technology; building and developing Vietnamese culture and people; environmental protection and social development management... directly taught by lecturers who are leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, lecturers of Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School; leaders of the Gia Lam Regional Political Center...

Along with the discussion of topics, students will be discussed and guided in writing a report. It is expected that on the afternoon of September 11, 2025, a summary will be conducted and Certificates will be awarded to students.

Previously, on August 12, 2025, the Party Committees of 4 communes: Gia Lam, Thuan An, Phu Dong, Bat Trang signed a coordination regulation in training and fostering work at the Gia Lam Regional Political Center. Accordingly, the coordination is based on the principle of complying with the Party Charter, Party regulations, State laws, closely following the direction and guidance of the Central Committee, the City Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in training and fostering work, ensuring proper implementation of the functions, tasks and powers of each unit; enhancing the responsibility for substantive, public and transparent coordination, avoiding overlap, shirking and shirking responsibilities in coordinating the implementation of tasks. In addition, the coordination is carried out on the principle of shared responsibility, cooperation, support and creating favorable conditions for all parties to successfully complete their tasks .

In the last 6 months of 2025, it is expected that the Gia Lam Regional Political Center will organize 39 training classes for the Party, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations with 6,550 students; 7 training classes for the People's Council with 881 students and 18 classes for the People's Committee with 1,969 students.
