Arousing national pride in TDT workers and laborers

On August 28, at TDT Dai Tu Garment Branch (TDT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company), more than 1,500 officers, employees and workers attended the flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2.

Hands placed on the left chest, eyes looking towards the fluttering national flag, officers, employees and workers of TDT Dai Tu Garment Branch together sang the song Tien Quan Ca.

In a solemn atmosphere, the collective of cadres, employees and workers of the unit wore red uniforms with a five-pointed yellow star printed on their chests, lined up neatly in the factory yard. All workers stood at attention when the National Anthem played, hands placed on their left chests, eyes turned towards the fluttering national flag. The majestic melody of the National Anthem blended with the emotion and national pride, creating a sacred and connecting moment.

Mr. Nguyen Van Bang, Deputy General Director of TDT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, spoke.

After the flag-raising ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Bang, Deputy General Director of TDT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, talked to the staff and workers about the history and significance of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; and at the same time reviewed the heroic tradition of Thai Nguyen province.

More than 1,500 TDT officers and employees shouted "Vietnam Independence".

The flag-raising ceremony ended with the shouts of “Vietnam Independence!” from all staff and workers. The shouts expressed gratitude to the previous generation and affirmed the spirit of independence, self-reliance and aspiration of today’s workers.

The flag-raising activity at TDT Dai Tu Garment Branch contributes to spreading the spirit of August Revolution and National Day 2-9 among the workforce and business community; contributing to building corporate culture associated with national pride, joining hands to build Thai Nguyen province increasingly prosperous.
