At the conference, Major General Pham Xuan Phong, Party Secretary, Director of the Military Traditional Medicine Institute and Colonel Hoang Anh Tuan, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Technical Application and Production Company Limited reported on the preparations for the congress, draft congress documents, personnel orientation and congress organization plan.

Delegates discussed and evaluated that the Party Committee of the Military Traditional Medicine Institute and the Party Committee of the Technical Application and Production Company Limited had thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives and instructions of the superiors on party congresses at all levels; well prepared documents and personnel; and ensured a tight plan for organizing the Party Congress. The conference supplemented some contents in the political report, clarified the direction, goals, and implementation solutions.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Military Traditional Medicine Institute and the Party Committee of the Technical Application and Production Company Limited in preparing for the congress, which directed the affiliated party organizations to do a good job of preparing and organizing the congress according to plan; proactively preparing documents, personnel and other aspects to ensure service for the congress.

To continue to complete the preparation work and successfully organize the Congress, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai requested the Party Committee of the Military Traditional Medicine Institute to continue to thoroughly grasp the leadership, direction and guidance documents of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the General Department of Politics; assign comrades in the Party Committee and functional agencies to review and complete all preparation work.

The Party Committee of the Military Traditional Medicine Institute directed the review, supplementation, and completion of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the Congress, specifying the main tasks, objectives, and leadership solutions of the Party Committee, building a comprehensively strong Institute, affirming its leading position and expertise in traditional medicine of the Army and the country; closely combining traditional medicine with modern medicine, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, and health care for soldiers and people; setting targets for the development and application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and implementation of electronic medical records. The Party Committee continued to do a good job of preparing and properly carrying out the steps of personnel work.
