In Bac Son ward, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to the family of war invalid 4/4 Pham Thanh Dau; war invalid 4/4, victim of toxic chemicals Nguyen Cong Hoa and the family of Mr. Vu Trong Nguyen, all residing in zone 5, an area that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3.

The above families and hundreds of households in Zone 5, Bac Son Ward were flooded, causing great property damage.
