Recently, Lang Son Vocational College signed a memorandum of cooperation with Vietnam's leading human resources company on vocational training and labor supply. Vietnam's leading human resources company is headquartered in Vinh Phuc province, specializing in the Taiwanese and Chinese labor markets and jobs in Taiwanese and Chinese companies in industrial parks in Vietnam. Ms. Phung Thu Huyen, Director of External Relations of the company, said: The company is committed to providing free Chinese language training for students along with many good support policies; sending experienced experts to teach practical knowledge at the school; organizing internships and practice at the unit; supporting tuition fees for students studying at the school; sponsoring and supporting scholarships for students in difficult circumstances; committing to the output of jobs in the right major of students.
Vietnam's leading human resources company is just one of many enterprises inside and outside the province that Lang Son Vocational College has cooperated with in training and supplying human resources in recent times. From the 2023 - 2024 school year up to now, the school has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Innotek Joint Stock Company in Bac Ninh and LG Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hai Phong... On average, each school year, nearly 500 students of the school visit more than 20 enterprises inside and outside the province for internships, tours and experiences. In the 2024 - 2025 school year alone, the school has organized for over 200 students to visit, study and experience at a number of enterprises in neighboring provinces such as: LG Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hai Phong); Vo Nhai 2 Garment Branch, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Thai Nguyen); Sanwa Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. and Private Chicken Farm ( Bac Giang ); Innotek Joint Stock Company (Bac Ninh).
Dang Thai Duong, a student of K21 intermediate class, Faculty of Electricity - Electronics, majoring in Civil Electronics, Lang Son Vocational College, shared: Participating in the propaganda session of Vietnam's leading human resources company, I listened to the company representative introduce an overview of the activities, the structure of job positions, current recruitment needs, along with good policies and benefits for students; at the same time, it helped me better understand the industry I am studying and I want to continue studying at a college level to have better job opportunities in the future.
In parallel with organizing tours, internships, and experiences, the school also coordinates with businesses inside and outside the province, the Provincial Business Association, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Provincial Investment and Startup Club... to organize many useful activities for students. Effective coordination with businesses has also contributed to improving the school's teaching quality. Accordingly, about 70% of college and intermediate students are ranked as good or excellent according to the annual end-of-year assessment results; over 90% of college and intermediate students graduate; the rate of students finding jobs after graduation is about 80%.
