- On the morning of September 23, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting Resolution to announce the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee province on the transfer and appointment of the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology . Attending the conference were comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2068/QD-UBND dated September 21, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Bui Duc Trung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology from September 25, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the Decision on transfer, appointment and presented flowers to Comrade Bui Duc Trung.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and expressed his belief that in his new position, he would continue to promote his capacity and extensive work experience to successfully complete the assigned tasks. He asked Mr. Bui Duc Trung to quickly approach the work to work with the collective leadership of the Department of Science and Technology to advise and effectively implement the unit's tasks.
