According to Hanoi Pedagogical University, the conversion and admission principles ensure convenience for candidates.
Candidates do not have to convert their scores themselves, but the school conducts the conversion to ensure compliance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .
Candidates with valid admission wishes and the highest scores in each raw score column are selected for comparison.

According to this school's calculations, a candidate who scores 27 points on the SPT exam according to the A00 combination will be equivalent to 29.25 points on the high school graduation exam. With C02, a candidate who scores 24.75 points on the SPT exam will be equivalent to 28.5 points on the high school graduation exam.
This school also divides into top 1%, 2%; 5%, 15%... so that candidates can know where their score is in order to have a basis for registering their wishes.
